“Seekho aur Kamao (Learn and Earn)” is a plan actualized since 2013-14 for ability improvement of minorities. The plan targets updating the abilities of minority youth in different current/customary aptitudes relying on their capability, present financial patterns and market potential, which can win them reasonable work or make them appropriately talented to go for independent work. The plan is executed through chosen master Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs).The plot guarantees situations of least 75% learners, out of which in any event half position is in composed segment.
