The natural environment plays a big role in the existence of life on earth and it helps humans, animals and other living things to grow and develop naturally. But our environment is being affected due to some bad and selfish activities of human beings. This is an important subject and everyone should know how to save our environment and keep it safe so that the balance of nature can be ensured to continue the existence of life on this planet.

 At the beginning of creation, man was solely dependent on the environment. People and the environment were then tied to the same thread. But with the advancement of civilization, the friendly relations between the environment and the people began to deteriorate. From the day when people want to create an environment according to their own tastes, there is chaos. In the pursuit of life, to live a little better . In order to control the environment, people have disturbed the balance of the environment.                      English Synonyms of English Environment. It comes from the French word environment which means to surround or encircle. Generally speaking, the environment is created by the combination of houses, plants, buildings, rivers, canals, soil, air, water etc. around us. But in the broadest sense, the environment is the interrelationship between humans and other animals, plants and microorganisms. According to SC Kendeig, ‘environment is the sum of organic and inorganic matter that helps change a creation.

The word environment refers to all ecological units which are naturally present on earth in the form of land, water, air, soil, forest, sunlight, minerals, living organisms, etc. This earth is full of natural surroundings, some are biotic and some are non-biotic.

Environmental protection has been made a fundamental duty of every citizen of India under Article 51-A (g) of the constitution which says “It shall be the duty of every citizen of India to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers, and wildlife and to have compassion for living creatures.

We live on earth in different types of surroundings. This surrounding is our environment. We eat, breathe, clothe ourselves, reproduce and then die. The next generation comes and the cycle goes on; and the human race flourishes on earth.

The physical environment on the earth provides favorable conditions for the existence and growth of different life forms, including man. These living beings constitute the biological environment. Both the physical and biological environments are in a close interaction with each other and form a stable self perpetuating system.

In prehistoric days man lived in harmony with nature but in the course of his evolution man has developed a new type of environment, the man-made environment. Man is a social animal; the socio-cultural environment also plays an important role in his life. There are three types of environments i.e. natural, man-made and social environment.

The environment is constantly changing and this affects life on earth; some these effects can be lasting and irreversible. So we must realize that we should be concerned about environment. So Haria Unique Education Center (HUEC) has choose this sector as their thematic area where the primary work on Environment Protection, Reduce the Pollution through mass awareness so that our coming generation will get a healthy environment to live .
